Welcome to the latest issue of our
newsletter that has been given a brand
new look.
It has been exciting taking over the
helm of CapitaCommercial Trust and
rewarding in many ways. Most notably,
I am able to reach out to you – our
valued tenants and stakeholders.
This newsletter serves as a regular
communications platform. As such, we
have jazzed up its design to make it
more visually interesting. You will find
this a light, informative
read that is
comprised of three key sections:
NewsBites, TenantSpace, and Happenings.
This month in TenantSpace, we
showcase two new tenants at Golden |
Shoe Car Park. In Happenings, we
highlight CapitaLand's "Building a
Greener Future" Programme.
Last but not least, I look forward to
staying in touch with you and seeing
you at CCT’s events and activities. So,
do keep a lookout for more information
coming your way !
With best regards,

CEO, CapitaCommercial Trust
Management Limited |

Created in a sophisticated and dignified
fashion, the masthead is made up of a
stylised window to signify the vast and
endless business opportunities at CCT.
The open window also portrays the
valuable relationships between CCT and
its stakeholders, partners and tenants,
where there is mutual trust and
accountability. This is further exemplified
by the graphic link between the "In" and
the window, showing a person standing
and talking in a side view position and
engaging in constant communication with
all parties.
The color, Royal Bronze, symbolises
CCT's strong standing in the real estate
investment trust (REIT) industry. It also
depicts the reputable stature and
steadfastness of CCT as Singapore's
first and largest listed commercial REIT
by asset size and market capitalisation. |
