CapitaLand Commercial Limited (CCL), the parent company of CapitaLand Commercial Management Pte Ltd (CCMPL), which is the Property Manager of CCT, was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate on 26 February 2008 by TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd, a well-recognised regional certification body and market leader in product and systems certification.


This accolade is in recognition of the quality management system that CCMPL has established in the areas of Marketing & Leasing, Marketing Communications, Lease Administration and Property Services. ISO 9000 is a series of international standards on quality management developed by the Geneva-based International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in 1987.

Targeted for completion by the end of 2008, Wilkie Edge is located at 8 Wilkie Road, which is within the civic, arts and cultural hub of downtown Singapore. In 2007, we were conferred several Green Mark awards. Raffles City Singapore, HSBC Building, Market Street Car Park and Golden Shoe Car Park received the Green Mark certification from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore. In addition, Capital Tower has maintained its Green Mark Gold Award from the BCA since 2005, when the scheme was first launched. Another noteworthy green achievement last year was the CapitaLand Group receiving the ISO 14000 certification for environmental management systems in Singapore, making it the first Singapore real estate company to be certified at such a comprehensive level. With this certification, CCT’s Property Manager has aligned its work processes to a comprehensive Environmental Tracking System (ETS), which was rolled out on 21 January 2008. It is intended to track green building indicators of CCT properties so that we will continuously improve our environmental performance and explore efficient use of resources to reduce wastage.
