Mr Lim is a Non-Executive Director of the Board and is concurrently the Group Chief Financial Officer of CapitaLand Limited. He is also a Non-Executive Director of CapitaMall Trust Management Limited and CapitaRetail China Trust Management Limited, and an Alternate Director of The Ascott Group Limited. Prior to joining CapitaLand Limited, Mr Lim was Director and Head of the Real Estate Unit, Corporate Banking in Citibank Singapore. He has more than 17 years work experience in banking and finance, spanning diverse areas such as corporate finance, investment banking and real estate financial products and services. Mr Lim holds a First Class Honours degree in Civil Engineering from the Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London.
