Ms Lynette Leong Chin Yee
Chief Executive Officer
|
Lynette is responsible for the day-to-day strategic
management of the Trust. She is committed to growing
the Trust and ensuring delivery of robust investment
returns to Unitholders.
Lynette reports to the Board of the Manager. Together,
they are responsible for charting the strategic direction
of CapitaCommercial Trust. She also works closely with
the management team to ensure that the Trust's finance,
investment and asset management strategies are
executed integrally and successfully.
Her experience is detailed in the Board of Directors section.

Ms Ang Siew Yan
Deputy Chief Executive Officer |
Siew Yan oversees the day-to-day operations of the
Trust. She also works closely with the asset management
and investment team to ensure the fulfillment of the Trust's
investment objectives. Siew Yan has more than
10 years of experience in finance and treasury
management. Before joining the Manager, she was
Finance Manager of CapitaMall Trust Management
Limited, the manager of CapitaMall Trust, since its listing
in July 2002. She graduated from the National University
of Singapore with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree.

The Investment team is responsible for expanding and
optimising the Trust's property portfolio mix through
strategic acquisitions. Besides identifying and analysing
potential investment targets, the team also evaluates
alternative investment and asset holding structures to
enhance the Trust's total investment returns. The
Investment team also works closely with the Asset
Management team to analyse and recommend potential
asset enhancement exercises to maximise the rental
income of the Trust, as well as identifying potential
divestment targets where such portfolio reconstitution
could maximise the value of the Trust.

Mr Chew Peet Mun
Head, Investments |
Peet Mun has more than 10 years of experience in the
finance and real estate industries. Prior to joining the
Manager on 15 March 2008, Peet Mun was Vice
President of CapitaLand Financial Services Limited. He
was involved in the establishment and management of
various CapitaLand sponsored private funds and real estate
investment trusts in Singapore and Malaysia.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (First
Class Honours) degree from the National University of
Singapore and was a recipient of the Lee Kuan Yew
Gold Medal and MAS Book Prize. |

Ms Lo Mun Wah
Senior Manager |
Mun Wah has worked in the real estate industry for more
than 15 years, and accumulated experience in property
investment, business development, asset management,
project marketing, market research and valuation.
Mun Wah is a graduate of the National University of
Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree
in Estate Management. Mun Wah is also a licensed
appraiser and a member of the Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors, United Kingdom.

Ms Lee Ning Ning
Manager |
Ning Ning has over nine years of real estate experience
in investment, business development, research and
consulting, business planning and marketing planning.
Ning Ning has a Master of Science degree in Information
Studies from the Nanyang Technological University and
a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Real Estate
from the National University of Singapore. |

Mr Lai Chong Yew
Senior Executive |
Chong Yew has over two years of real estate experience
in the area of asset management and investment. He
holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Real
Estate from the National University of Singapore.

The Asset Management team is responsible for realising
the value potential of the Trust's portfolio through
asset enhancement strategies and introducing initiatives
to enhance the environmental sustainability of the
properties. Besides setting the strategic direction for
potential asset enhancement exercises to maximise the
rental income of CapitaCommercial Trust and minimise
operating expenses, the team will also look at fostering
closer relationship with existing tenants and cater to
their space requirements outside the Central Area.
Additionally, the Asset Management team works closely
with the Property Manager to ensure swift execution of
asset enhancement strategies. The team works closely
with the Investment team in both asset enhancement
exercises to maximise the rental income of the Trust,
as well as identifying potential divestment targets where
such portfolio reconstitution could maximise the value
of CapitaCommercial Trust.

Ms Faith Connie Soh
Head, Asset Management |
Prior to her current role, Faith was with Ascendas-MGM
Funds Management Limited, the manager of Ascendas
Real Estate Investment Trust (�A-REIT�) as the Director
of Asset Management (Customer Care) and Portfolio
Manager. She was responsible for the development
and implementation of A-REIT's customer care
programme as well as development projects, asset
management strategies and plans for A-REIT's Business
and Science Park & Retail Warehouse properties. Faith
is a licensed valuer and holds a Bachelor of Business
(Property) degree from the University of South Australia. |
Mr Dominic Gan
Executive |
Dominic has over a year's real estate experience in the
areas of asset management and valuations. He has a
Masters of Applied Finance degree from Monash
University, and a Bachelor of Business and Property
Valuations (Distinction) degree from the Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology. |

The Finance Team is responsible for ensuring that all
finance-related functions are in place to support
CapitaCommercial Trust's investment and asset
management strategies. These comprise financial
reporting, budgeting, treasury and taxation matters as
well as the sourcing and management of funding for
the Trust's on-going operations, including new
acquisitions. The Head of Finance is also responsible
for the secretariat, compliance and administrative
functions of CapitaCommercial Trust.

Mr Edward Bin Chung Yiu
Head, Finance |
Prior to joining the Manager on 15 March 2008, Edward
was the Vice President, Finance, of CapitaLand
Commercial Limited. He was responsible for the financial
management, accounting, and financial reporting of
CapitaLand Commercial Limited and its subsidiaries.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours
in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University
of Newcastle Upon Tyne in the United Kingdom, and
is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom.

Ms Esther Loh, &
Ms May Ooi,
Manager |
Esther and May are managers from CapitaLand
Commercial Limited, actively supporting the financial
reporting function of the Trust.

The Investor Relations and Communications team is
responsible for maintaining timely and transparent
communication with CapitaCommercial Trust's
Unitholders and stakeholders. Together with the
management, the team markets the Trust to existing
and prospective investors, and the media through
regular interactions, roadshows and stakeholder events.
The team's duties also include the development of
communication collaterals such as press releases,
annual reports and presentation materials, and the
establishment and maintenance of various
communications channels with stakeholders, such as
the Trust's website.

Ms Ho Mei Peng
Head, Investor Relations and Communications |
Mei Peng has more than five years of experience in
investor relations and communications. Prior to the
current position, she was the Investor Relations Manager
of Ascendas-MGM Funds Management Limited, the
manager of A-REIT, where she was responsible for the
communication and liaison activities of the listed property
trust with the investment community. Mei Peng
graduated with Honours degree in Japanese Studies
from the National University of Singapore.
