Dear Tenant

Happy New Year!

Before the year passes us in a blink of an eye, it is a good time for all of us to take account of ourselves, to reflect on our accomplishments and setbacks of the previous year, and to renew our lists of goals for the months ahead.

In TenantSpace, we profile TSMP Law Corporation, a medium-size Singapore law firm established in 1998. The firm has grown to be among the 20 largest Singapore law firms and has doubled its office space at Six Battery Road.

In a joint study conducted by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) and the National University of Singapore (NUS)’s Department of Real Estate (DRE), it was found that retrofitting commercial buildings can lead to an increase in their property value. Lastly, according to the Chinese Zodiac, 2012 is the Year of the Dragon (which begins on January 23, 2012). In ancient China, the celestial Dragon represents an emperor and power. Today, it is the ultimate auspicious symbol signifying success and happiness – and said to be a deliverer of good fortune.

We wish you Health, Good Luck, Success in 2012. And all that makes for Happiness.
