CCT has a 17.7% stake in MRCB-Quill REIT, a commercial REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

MRCB-Quill REIT's portfolio consists of a total of 11 commercial properties in Malaysia, located strategically in Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur, Penang and other parts of Selangor. The major tenants are the subsidiaries of well-known MNCs. The tenant mix is both international and local, and covers a wide range of sectors from banking to retail and including oil and gas and logistics companies. The holdings in MRCB-Quill REIT constitutes less than 1% of the Trust's total assets.

The properties are as follows:

  • Part of Plaza Mont'Kiara, comprising the ground floor commercial shop lots and two basement car parks in the Plaza Mont'Kiara development
  • Platinum Sentral, comprising of five blocks of four- to seven-storey commercial building consisting of office-cum-retail space, multi-purpose hall and car park
  • Quill Building 1 – DHL 1, an office building tenanted by Asia Pacific Information Services (a wholly owned subsidiary of DHL)
  • Quill Building 2 – HSBC, an office building tenanted by HSBC Electronic Data Processing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
  • Quill Building 3 – BMW, an office building hosting BMW Malaysia as its anchor tenant
  • Quill Building 4 – DHL 2, an office building tenanted by Asia Pacific Information Services
  • Quill Building 5 – IBM, an office building tenanted by IBM Malaysia
  • Quill Building 8 – DHL (XPJ), an office building tenanted by DHL Express Malaysia
  • Quill Building 10 – HSBC (Section 13), an office building tenanted by HSBC
  • Wisma Technip, a 12 storey office building at the fringe of Kuala Lumpur’s “Golden Triangle”
  • TESCO Building Jelutong Penang, a commercial building accommodating the Tesco Hypermarket and associated amenities
