Bugis Village comprises 34 restored pre-war shophouses in a vibrant heritage enclave. Located next to Bugis MRT station, the three-storey shophouses accommodate a mix of offices, music schools and tuition centres, as well as hair salons, restaurants and retail outlets. All tenant leases will expire on 31 March 2019. Bugis Village will be returned to the State on 1 April 2019 and compensation sum to CCT confirmed to be S$40.7 million. Property contributed 2.2% to CCT's 1Q 2018 NPI.
