Green Features

The façade temperature is kept to a minimum due to Raffles City Singapore's effective use of landscaping on the building's rooftop. At the same time, its utilisation of aluminium strips fitted at the skylight offer shade from the sun. These strips were recently replaced with more technological advanced versions to aid in improving energy efficiency. Further reducing its energy consumption, the building optimises the use of day lighting and is equipped with high frequency ballast light fittings at the car park and motion detectors in all its toilets.
